Being a Committed Member
Who are Cody’s committed members? We wants to show appreciation for our most committed users who have either logged an exceptional amount of workouts or purchased an exceptional number of plans. You have supported us, and we want to acknowledge that!
What is the committed member subscription discount? We are gifting our most committed members a lifetime, 50% discount on our new unlimited subscription service. Cody’s unlimited subscription normally costs $20 per month, but our most committed users (you!) will receive unlimited access to all of Cody’s plans and bundles for only $10 per month.
How long will I receive this discount? This is a lifetime offer :). As long as you maintain your subscription service, you will continue to enjoy the 50% discount and receive unlimited access to all of Cody’s content for $10 a month. However, know that if you cancel your service, you will lose this discount and will not be able to receive the discounted price if you re-enroll our monthly subscription.
I’m not sure if I’m ready to sign up, will I lose the chance to receive this discount? You must sign up for our unlimited subscription by December 6th, 2017 at midnight (PDT) to receive the 50% discount. Additionally, you will lose the discount if you cancel your service; you will not be able to receive the discount a second time if you re-enroll later.
Why is Cody offering subscription? We aspire to make a healthy lifestyle inclusive and accessible to all :). To do this, we want our users to be able to expand their breadth and explore plans from all our talented coaches with a single payment.
What do I get access to? After signing up for our unlimited subscription, you will have full access to Cody’s library of plans, bundles, and PDFs. Now, instead of making one-time payments for lifetime access to a plan, you will be able to explore our programs as you see fit (pun intended) by making a monthly payment.
What happens to my existing purchases? Never fear! You will still have lifetime access to all of your previously purchased plans. We stand by our old model of “buy it once, keep it forever.” This means that if you sign up for subscription and choose to cancel, you will still be able to access all of your old purchases.
I don’t want a subscription, now what? We honor our former “buy it once, keep it forever” model: you will still be able to access all of your previous purchases, even if you sign up for our unlimited subscription and choose to cancel.
How long is the free trial? The free trial for Cody’s unlimited subscription is 7 days. On the 8th day, you will be charged your monthly fee. Then, your monthly payments will recur on the same day of every month. For example, if your first payment is on the 9th of the month, your auto-renewal will remain on the 9th for every subsequent billing. If you do not cancel your free trial, you will be charged on the 8th day of your subscription and will be able to cancel your payment for the following month.
How can I preview classes without signing up for the free trial? Every plan on Cody has a free preview class that can be found on a plan’s home page. However, the best way to experience full-length classes Cody’s library is to sign up for a free trial.
Will videos still be downloadable? Most definitely! After adding a plan to your Practice, you will be able to download it for offline access in our free iOS and Apple TV apps (not on a desktop or laptop computer, or Android devices at this time) by following this handy guide.
Which devices can I use subscription on? You will be able to access your unlimited subscription on desktop and laptop computer and in our free iOS and Apple TV apps. We are currently testing subscription in our free Android app – hang tight!
How will I be billed? Your credit card will be automatically charged every month on the same day as your first payment. For example, if your free trial ends on the 9th of the month, your auto-renewal charge will remain on the 9th for each subsequent billing.
Why do you need my credit card for the free trial? Your credit card will be automatically charged for Cody’s monthly subscription once your free, 7-day trial ends. You can easily cancel your subscription before the free trial ends by heading here.
Can I cancel my subscription during the free trial? Yes! If you decide subscription is not right for you, you may cancel here and you credit card will not be charged for the upcoming monthly fee.
Where can I update my credit card information? To update your credit card information, head to your subscription settings.
What is your cancellation policy? You may cancel your subscription at any time by heading here. After cancelling your account, you will be able to access Cody plans until the last day of your billing cycle, and will not receive a refund for the current month. For example, if your billing was on the 9th of every month, and you chose to cancel your subscription on the 12th, you will have access to Cody until the 8th of the following month.
How do I get a refund? We do not offer refunds on our monthly subscription. If there are extenuating circumstances, you may email our customer support for assistance.
How do I renew my subscription? Your subscription will renew automatically every month on the same date that you were first billed. For example, if your first billing was on October 9th, you will have a recurring payment on the 9th of every following month.

Can I sign up for subscription in my iOS or Android app? We do not offer subscription sign-ups through Cody’s iPhone, Android, or AppleTV apps. You can sign up anytime on our website here. Once you are a subscription member, you can login to your apps and use your subscription service as-usual.
Can I gift a subscription? We do not have the ability to gift a subscription at this time.
How can I report a bug? Shoot us an email! In the email, tell us a little more about the bug, what page or video you experienced the error, and any more information that will help our Product team. The more specific the better!
