Announcing FitFlow, a new plan by Briohny Smyth and MacKenzie Miller!
FitFlow is a total-body program designed to dramatically improve your fitness by injecting elements of Yoga into a fun, cardio-based fitness routine.
There are three types of workout days in this plan: FitFlow days blend high-intensity intervals with traditional Yoga movements, CoreFit days utilize both static and dynamic core exercises, and Yoga days counter the more intense workout days with yoga-inspired exercises. Each week will also end with a healing Restorative Stretch class.
About Briohny Smyth:
Briohny is best known for her love of Inversions and Arm Balances. She has graced the cover of Women’s Health Thailand, Yoga Journal Thailand, and LA Yoga.
About MacKenzie Miller:
MacKenzie is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. Her teaching combines thorough understanding of alignment and anatomy with the joy of balance and movement.
