- Hip Flexor / Quad Flexibility: This plan targets the muscles everyone uses throughout the day walking, standing, and sitting.
- Upper Back Mobility & Flexibility: In this plan we focus on releasing tension and improving your flexibility around the upper back, including the trapezius, rhomboids, lats, and triceps.
- Mobility & Flexibility Tests: This final plan tests your mobility and allows you to become aware of dysfunctions, learn proper movement, and avoid injury.
