About the Backbend Yoga Bundle:
The Backbend Yoga Bundle is a series of three plans designed to advance your Yoga practice and master backbending postures and transitions. Backbends are some of the most therapeutic postures of the physical yoga practice, they can help re-align your spine and combat back pain from the “forward hunch”. - Backbend Foundations: Learn poses and sequences to build muscular endurance on the backside of the body. This plan makesbackbends accessible for all levels of flexibility (or stiffness).
- Intermediate Backbends: This phase incorporates the arms overhead in our backbends, and aims to improve spinal flexibility through intermediate poses.
- Advanced Backbends and Transitions: This plan introduces advanced backbend poses, such as Scorpion, and teaches difficult backbend transitions, like “kick overs” from Wheel.
