Here is a great, one-hour long power yoga video for yogis of intermediate level. If you have been practicing beginner power yoga sequences for a while, or if you are well-practiced in the more traditional Hatha yoga, then this power yoga video would be a great workout choice for you.

Remember than power yoga, like all other physical skills, must be practiced in order for your to feel fully “comfortable” doing it.
