Cody’s Medium Hike Workout:
- Warm up
- Stretch: Loosen up your legs with a 5-10 minute stretching sequence.
- 15 lunges
- 5-7 miles at a comfortable pace
- Halfway point: Stop, rest, and enjoy some quality meditation time.
- Cool down
- Stretch: Don’t collapse in a heap after you finish your hike. Spend 5-10 minutes shaking out any tension, rolling your head and shoulders in circles, and stretching your legs.
