We move so we can feel alive, and when we move together, our individual workouts become something more — a global movement where fitness is our state of being. So starting July 1st we are challenging you to Live In The Movement with us!
For this month-long challenge, we are challenging you to embrace being in the moment when your muscles are burning, sweat is dripping, and every second is a triumph. And being present as you bask in the afterglow of a workout, because it feels damn good to do good for yourself. For us, this is what it means to #LiveInTheMovement. At the end of the challenge, one lucky winner’s account will get Cody Unlimited status: unlimited access to every training plan in our library for free, for life.
How it works:
- Log your workouts on our website or via our iPhone, iPad, or Android apps, and hashtag your workouts with #LiveInTheMovement
- Every #LiveInTheMovement workout you log is another “entry” for you to win the grand prize (limited to one entry per day).
- At the end of July, we will randomly choose one winner who will have their account upgraded to Cody Unlimited and will get free access to every training plan on Cody!
More fun for you: Our coaches will be participating in the challenge too! Follow MacKenzie Miller and Ashley Galvin for movement progressions, workout ideas, and inspiration throughout the challenge. Each coach will spend one week leading a new movement tutorial or workout move per day so you can stay inspired and active.
