Work out to give back! It’s the season of springing into action, so starting April 1st we are going to use the power of Cody community workouts to help contribute to the Give Back Yoga Foundation. This month we set some lofty community challenge goals so remember: You may be working out alone, but together we are going change lives!
How it works:
- Log your workouts on our website or via our iPhone, iPad, or Android apps, and hashtag your workouts with #Spring2Fit
- Each time the Cody community collectively logs 5000 #Spring2Fit workouts, we will donate another $250 to the Give Back Yoga Foundation on your behalf!
- If the Cody community has logged 20,000 workouts with #Spring2Fit by April 30th, we will have donated $1000 to the Give Back Yoga Foundation!

About the Give Back Yoga Foundation:
The Give Back Yoga Foundation believes in making yoga available to all those who might not otherwise have the opportunity to experience the transformational benefits of this powerful practice. As a national non-profit yoga organization, Give Back supports and funds certified teachers in all traditions to offer the teachings of yoga to under-served and under-resourced socio-economic segments of the community. Their programs include the Prison Yoga Project, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans, and Eat Breathe Thrive.
