We had over 1200 participants from around the world log a total of nearly 18,000 workouts: That’s about 15 workouts per person in January!

Your workouts also helped to contribute $500 to the Give Back Yoga Foundation. Since we got SO close to the 20k workout benchmark, Cody is going to donate another $500 on your behalf, bringing the total donation to $1000! This will go towards funding programs such as Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans, the Prison Yoga Project, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery, and Eat Breathe Thrive. Give yourself a pat on the back!
We know some of you are wondering when you get your free training plan: Everybody who participated will receive an email shortly with details on how to redeem your free plan.
