We all know how easy it is to set a fitness goal as a New Year’s resolution… and how hard it can be to actually follow-through. Having the support of a community can often be make-or-break when it comes to fitness goals, so starting January 1st, let’s harness the power of the Cody community and help each other stay on-track!
Update: Only one week into the #Commit2Fit New Year challenge we already blew past our original goal! Since we are all having so much fun and don’t want the challenge to end, we put our heads and hearts together to come up with new community goals.
From this point on, every workout you log will directly contribute to the health & well-being of people who would otherwise not be able to afford it. Each time the Cody community logs another 10k workouts, it will trigger a donation to the Give Back Yoga Foundation!
How it works:
- Log your workouts via our iPhone, iPad, or Android apps, and hashtag your workouts with #Commit2Fit
- Each time the Cody community collectively hits a milestone, winners will be chosen to receive some awesome prizes!
- If the Cody community has logged 5000 workouts with #Commit2Fit by January 31st, EVERYBODY who participated will get one free training plan of your choice
