- FlyStrong III: FlyStrong 3 is the pinnacle of the FlyStrong Series.The plan breaks down each movement step by step, and each video is built around a specific goal. This plan is for the strong intermediate to advanced yogi looking to bring more strength, control and mindfulness to their inversion practice in the smartest way possible.
- 90-day Workbook:This includes daily homework to develop your technique and strength needed to perform that particular pose or transition. Every level also has its own proficiency tests so you know when you’re ready to move on.
