About Pilates Slimdown:
This series introduces new, fresh and modern variations to your workout routine. It fuses traditional Pilates and other bodyweight exercises to create fun and effective workouts to slim down and tone up! Each week we will repeat five full-body workouts. All consist of a warm up, a fun fusion of various bodyweight exercises to get you sweating, and then we’ll finish with soothing stretches. Ashley’s classes touch a bit of everything: Pilates to lengthen, barre to strengthen and tone, yoga to stretch and restore, and even some old-school aerobics to jumpstart your heart rate!
