About EveryBody Yoga:
This series consists of 4 instructional videos and 4 workout videos that repeat over one month. Each instructional video will introduce you to the movements and the area of the body that we’ll focus on the next day in our workout class. Jessamyn wants to help you build the confidence to embrace who you are, to be comfortable with your transitions and love your body!
