This month-long cardio series uses playful dance-inspired workouts to increase your heart rate, burn calories, and work up a serious sweat!
About Dance Cardio:
There are four original sequences in this plan, and in each you will move continuously to tone and sculpt your entire body including your arms, thighs, abs, and bum! All of the classes are broken down step by step and repeated so you can learn the movements and get a great and successful workout.
About Jacquelyn Umof:
Jacquelyn has danced professionally for LINES Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and later went on to be a Laker Girl for the Los Angeles Lakers. Jacquelyn is certified in Barre, Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Personal Training, and lives a holistic lifestyle.
