About Smooth & Free:
This month-long yoga class series will help you gain a better understanding of your unique body through flow-based movements with a balance of physical asana practice, breath, and restorative work. The plan consists of 6 videos that provide you with a well-rounded physical and mental practice: 3 dynamic flow classes, 2 restorative practices, and finally a guided 3-part Pranayama breathing practice.
About Carling Harps:
Carling is a Portland, Oregon based Yoga teacher who focuses on giving her students the tools and techniques to access their own unique body’s needs. She is also a trained Doula and specializes in prenatal Yoga. Carling has been featured in and contributed writing to publications such as Yoga International, Mantra Magazine, and Yoga Digest.
