About Next Level Core:
This month-long plan consists of five flow classes that will target, isolate and engage various areas of your core. The first four videos target different elements of core strength that will help you hold arm balances and inversions. The fifth class is a culmination of the skills where you can test yourself in an hour-long flow.
About Patrick Beach:
