About Wild & Free
This month-long plan consists of five progressive flows: Four classes to free and strengthen your body towards postures such as Forearm Balances, Flying Pigeon and Eight Angle Arm Balance. The fifth video is a 30-minute Lengthen and Soften restorative class that will detoxify your body and mind.
About Meghan Currie:
Meghan regularly tours around the country, teaching at yoga workshops & festivals. She believes that every student is everyone’s teacher, so she plugs her heart into everyone.
