About Gymnastics Core Virtuosity
This plan consists of 5 different workouts, as well as a fitness assessment that will measure your progress. Each of the five workouts will target and challenge your entire midline: hip flexors, abdominals, obliques, lower back, glutes and hamstrings. This plan is recommended for someone who is currently physically active. No equipment is required!
About Dave Durante:
Dave Durante is a multiple time USA gymnastics national champion and part of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Team as an alternate. He has worked as lead global gymnastics expert for Adidas Gymnastics, and a lead coach with CrossFit Gymnastics since 2013. His goal is to bring proper gymnastics understanding, technique, and progression to people all over the world.
