About TwoB Fit
This month-long program consists of five workouts – four high intensity interval “Tabata”-style workouts and one warm up that repeats over the course of 31 days. Each workout will have you doing max-effort intervals in 20 second blocks, with breaks only long enough to take a few breaths and get back at it!
About Two Bad Bodies
Kaisa and Jennifer met 10 years ago at the University of Washington. After graduating they both became certified personal trainers and Kaisa went on to get her Masters in Exercise Science (specializing in Sports Performance and Injury prevention). Jennifer went on to get certified as a fitness nutrition specialist through NASM.
