About Beginner Acro Flow
No AcroYoga experience is needed for this plan! Get step-by-step instruction for basic Acro poses & transitions, then conclude with a four-minute AcroYoga Flow that puts together all of the movements.
This plan consists of 18 videos, which are broken up into three sections.
- Section 1, the essentials: Learn basic movements, foot placement, spotting techniques, and build communication skills.
- Section 2, standard poses: Learn beginner poses such as Bird, Throne, Folded Leaf, and more.
- Section 3, transitions: This last portion covers calibrations and transitions, where you will learn how to move from pose to pose.
About Dylan Werner:
Dylan was first introduced to yoga through his martial arts training in 2001. He started teaching yoga in 2011 after 10 years of advanced movement training, and is now a globally recognized yoga instructor.
About Ashley Galvin
Ashley is a Registered Yoga Teacher, with a passion for nutrition and an active lifestyle. She took her first yoga class at 25, and fell in love from the start. For Ashley, yoga is not a workout, it is a way of life.
