Freestyle MoveStrong is a four-phase program created to build movement strength. Strength isn’t about numbers, it’s about learning how to move as efficiently as possible towards your goal – whatever that may be. Follow this program to learn how to best enhance your physical performance across any sport of fitness discipline.
Included in the Freestyle MoveStrong Bundle:
- Phase I gives you the foundation for all future phases with basic movement mechanics: pushing, pulling, and squatting.
- Phase II challenges you with unilateral motion, which is the basic ability to move through space through movements like lunging, dips, inversions, and kips.
- Phase III is more advanced, combining movement mechanics from Phase I into skilled movement patterns, including the pistol squat, kipping dip, and freestanding handstand push up.
- Phase IV brings it all together, and you will be able to carry your movement foundations into higher forms of movement, including the kipping handstand push up and muscle up
These progressions will ramp up the most novice and challenge the most advanced. Each phase also includes strength, stamina, and endurance conditioning workouts to test your performance.
