Every workout includes a video that provides detailed analysis of the individual poses in a clear and organized manner, with language that is accessible to beginning students. I provide variations to challenge even the advanced practitioner. The poses explained in these videos are the most commonly used poses in Yoga. About Patrick Beach
Patrick teaches alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on building strength, creating flexibility, and learning to float. His Yoga journey started on a bet with his Dad about whether or not he could learn to do a handstand. Since then, he has been featured in both Yoga Journal and Origin Magazine, and continues to focus on teaching students how to safely play upside-down.
