Dynamic Strength is important for any type of physical activity or sport, or even simple activities like walking. Having more dynamic strength means that you will have more endurance and power anytime you’re moving!
For 12 minutes:
- 30 seconds of squats
- 30 seconds of pushups
- 30 seconds of situps
- 30 seconds rest
- REPEAT UNTIL TIME RUNS OUT
