Basic Full-Body Bodyweight Workout: Can bodyweight movements give you the body you want? Yes! Make a habit of doing at least one full-body bodyweight workout a day, and you’ll be seeing results in no time. Bodyweight movements are great for not only training your fitness, but also for moving your body through space with confidence in everyday life.
Basic Full-Body Bodyweight Workout:
Do each of the following three exercises Tabata-style: 20 seconds of work, then 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. This means you will be spending 4 minutes on each exercise, the workout is 20 minutes long total.
- Jumping Lunges
- Push Ups
- SIFF (tip-toe) Squats
- Plank-Ups (move up & down between elbow to full planks)
