Gym Workout for Beginners:
Warm Up: 10 minutes cardio of your choice – walking, jogging, rowing, stairs, etc.
- 1 minute center plank
- 30 seconds each left & right side planks
- 20 Bicep Curl Lunges
- 20 Plie Squats with Lat Raise
- 30 Push ups
- 40 Bicycle Crunches
Cool Down: 15 minutes of easy cardio and 5 minutes of stretching.
