Jabba Desilijic Tiure, better known as Jabba the Hutt and often called the “Bloated One,” (though never to his face) was one of the most notorious Hutt crime lords in the galaxy. In honor of Jabba the Bloated One, who obviously never took his fitness seriously, here is a workout to help you reduce abdominal bloating.
Bloated, you may be, but this workout, you will do.
The Jabba the Hutt Star Wars Workout
Warm up: Walk or run half a mile
Workout: Do 3 sets of 10 for each exercise, and 1 minute of each yoga pose in-between exercises.
- Side plank hip lifts
- Lying leg raises
- Bicycle crunches
- Russian Twists
Cool down: Walk or run half a mile
