Repeat the following cycling sequence 3 times to complete the workout:
- 1 minute high intensity pedaling, 1 minute low intensity pedaling
- 50 seconds high intensity, 1 minute low intensity
- 40 seconds high intensity, 1 minute low intensity
- 30 seconds high intensity, 1 minute low intensity
