Cody’s Beginner Cycling Workout to Build Stamina:
- 2 minutes: Warm up with easy pedaling
- Repeat the following biking sets 3 times:
- 4 minutes: Pedal at 60% energy
- 2 minutes: Pedal at 80% energy
- 2 minutes: Cool down with easy pedaling
