This week’s movie-inspired workout: Drive! AKA the “Ryan Gosling’s Abs” workout. Because who doesn’t want Ryan Gosling’s abs?
The Drive Workout:
- 3 x 200 meter sprints, resting 20 seconds between each sprint
- Stretch for 5 minutes
“I give you a five minute window. Anything happens in that five minutes and I’m yours. No matter what. Anything happens a minute either side of that and you’re on your own. Do you understand?”
Repeat 3 times: AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) for 5 minutes + 2 minute rest.
- 5 V-ups
- 10 push ups
- 15 bicycle crunches
- 20 jump squats
